Terms of Service

OperatingLane is a software service operated by MAMSALICH LLC. References to OperatingLane, “we”, “us” and “our” in these Terms refer to MAMSALICH LLC operating the OperatingLane service.

By creating an account, accessing a workspace, or using OperatingLane, you agree to these Terms. If you use OperatingLane for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account, keeping account information accurate, and controlling who you invite to your workspace. You are also responsible for activity performed through accounts and workspace access you authorize.

Use OperatingLane only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious software, interfere with the service, abuse platform resources, or use the service to violate the rights of others.

OperatingLane may offer a free trial and paid access periods. Prices, access duration, product limits and applicable billing details are displayed in the product or checkout.

Paid orders are processed through Stripe. For eligible transactions completed with Stripe Managed Payments, Stripe acts as the merchant of record and handles payment processing and applicable transaction tax obligations under its terms.

Paid access does not automatically renew by default. If you choose to enable auto-renewal, the same access period renews at the price and billing interval shown in your workspace until you turn auto-renewal off.

Refunds are governed by the OperatingLane Refund Policy, applicable law, and the payment provider’s buyer protections and requirements.

You retain ownership of content you submit to OperatingLane. You grant OperatingLane the limited permission needed to host, process, transmit and display that content solely to provide, support and secure the service.

We may modify, improve, suspend or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, reliability, legal compliance or product development. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

We may restrict or suspend access for abusive activity, a material security risk, non-payment, or a material violation of these Terms. You may stop using the service and disable paid renewal through the available billing controls.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OperatingLane is provided on an “as available” basis and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these Terms as the service changes. The updated date on this page will show when revisions take effect, and material changes may also be communicated through the product or by email where appropriate.
